Before accepting shipment of any product, kindly ensure that the product’s packaging is not damaged or tampered. If the package is damaged or tampered, we request you to refuse delivery. We assure refund upon such refused delivery or non-delivery. If in case you choose to accept the product, you shall do it at your own risk.
The products for which installation is provided for, (Eg. television, washing machine, air-conditioner etc.) should not be opened by yourself, nor its packaging be opened or tampered with. Authorised personnel shall help in unboxing and installation of the product. In case, you choose to unbox the product or try installing the same, you shall do it at your own risk.
Products are returnable within the applicable return window if you’ve received them in a condition that is physically damaged, has missing parts or accessories, defective or different from their description on the product detail page on dreamak.in.

Products marked as "non-returnable" on the product detail page cannot be returned as per Dreamak Return Policy. If you've received a non-returnable product in a damaged/defective condition, you can contact us within 10 days from the delivery of the product.
Merchants may have defined procedure before return or replacement of Electronic/Home Appliances products. On return/replacement request, merchant may send a qualified technician to verify the issue and resolution will be provided only based on evaluation reports submitted by the technician. This is not applicable for all merchants.
If you wish to return an electronic device that stores any personal information, please ensure that you have removed all such personal information from the device prior to returning. Dreamak Technologies shall not be liable in any manner for any misuse or usage of such information.
In case you have requested for replacement of the product, product replacement will be available at the time of product pickup from your location in most of the cases. Replacement will be initiated only on confirmation of pickup otherwise.
Yes, the freebie/vouchers has to be returned along with the product. In case the replacement is approved by the merchant you will get a voucher based on the value of the product replaced.
Once you raise a request, you'll get an email and SMS confirming that your request is being processed. Based on the item, your request may be automatically approved/rejected or you may be contacted for more details. If the request is approved, the item will be picked up after which you will receive a replacement or refund or you can visit the merchant outlet for replacement. You need to show the return/replacement approval code at the merchant location in case you visit merchant outlet for return/replacement. You can also track the status of your return request from the ‘Order History' page of your application.
Product related information will be available in the Product detailed page. And, it will vary from merchant to merchant for same brand, Dreamak claims no responsibility over the return policy of merchant, displayed in the product detailed page.
We will refund the amount in case the product is out of stock.
There is ‘No Charge’ for return/replacement of products with in the defined returnable time frame. But, we may impose charges under below given circumstances and you are bound to pay such charges as a registered user.

In case the product is picked up from the merchant outlet, you must return the product at the merchant outlet on successful return approval, product pickup service will not be available on such cases. You must show the return/replacement approval code while returning the product at the counter.
