What actions I need to do while receiving an order?

Before accepting shipment of any product, kindly ensure that the product’s packaging is not damaged or tampered. If the package is damaged or tampered, we request you to refuse delivery. We assure refund upon such refused delivery or non-delivery. If in case you choose to accept the product, you shall do it at your own risk.

The products for which installation is provided for, (Eg. television, washing machine, air-conditioner etc.) should not be opened by yourself, nor its packaging be opened or tampered with. Authorised personnel shall help in unboxing and installation of the product. In case, you choose to unbox the product or try installing the same, you shall do it at your own risk.

Do all products come under ‘Returnable’ category?

Products are returnable within the applicable return window if you’ve received them in a condition that is physically damaged, has missing parts or accessories, defective or different from their description on the product detail page on dreamak.in.

Return will be processed only if:

  1. It is determined that the product was not damaged while in your possession;
  2. The product is not different from what was shipped to you;
  3. The product is returned in original condition (with brand’s/manufacturer's box, MRP tag intact, user manual, warranty card and all the accessories therein).

Products marked as "non-returnable" on the product detail page cannot be returned as per Dreamak Return Policy. If you've received a non-returnable product in a damaged/defective condition, you can contact us within 10 days from the delivery of the product.

What do all i need to do for Electronic/Home Appliances products return procedures?

Merchants may have defined procedure before return or replacement of Electronic/Home Appliances products. On return/replacement request, merchant may send a qualified technician to verify the issue and resolution will be provided only based on evaluation reports submitted by the technician. This is not applicable for all merchants.

If you wish to return an electronic device that stores any personal information, please ensure that you have removed all such personal information from the device prior to returning. Dreamak Technologies shall not be liable in any manner for any misuse or usage of such information.

How does replacement procedure work?

In case you have requested for replacement of the product, product replacement will be available at the time of product pickup from your location in most of the cases. Replacement will be initiated only on confirmation of pickup otherwise.

What do all need to be checked for a successful return?

  1. Correctness- IMEI/ name/ image/ brand/ serial number/ article number/ bar code should match and MRP tag should not be removed and clearly visible.
  2. Completeness- All in-the-box accessories (like remote control, starter kits, instruction manuals, chargers, headphones, etc.), freebies, warranty/guarantee cards and combos (if any) should be present.
  3. Non Usage- The product should be unused, unwashed, unsoiled, without any stains and with non-tampered quality check seals/ warranty seals (wherever applicable).
  4. Non-damage (Product)- The product (including SIM trays/ charging port/ headphone port, back-panel etc.) should be undamaged and without any scratches, dents, tears or holes.
  5. Non-damage (Packaging)- Product's original packaging/ brand box should be undamaged.

Do I have to return the freebie/vouchers when I return a product?

Yes, the freebie/vouchers has to be returned along with the product. In case the replacement is approved by the merchant you will get a voucher based on the value of the product replaced.

How does Return/Replacement work?

  1. Go to Order History
  2. Select the order
  3. Select you wish to return/replace and click on Return/Replacement

Once you raise a request, you'll get an email and SMS confirming that your request is being processed. Based on the item, your request may be automatically approved/rejected or you may be contacted for more details. If the request is approved, the item will be picked up after which you will receive a replacement or refund or you can visit the merchant outlet for replacement. You need to show the return/replacement approval code at the merchant location in case you visit merchant outlet for return/replacement. You can also track the status of your return request from the ‘Order History' page of your application.

Where do i can see the product return/replacement details?

Product related information will be available in the Product detailed page. And, it will vary from merchant to merchant for same brand, Dreamak claims no responsibility over the return policy of merchant, displayed in the product detailed page.

What if my replacement product is out of stock?

We will refund the amount in case the product is out of stock.

Is there any charges for return or replacement of product?

There is ‘No Charge’ for return/replacement of products with in the defined returnable time frame. But, we may impose charges under below given circumstances and you are bound to pay such charges as a registered user.

  1. Dremak may impose such charges as is necessary to reimburse the expense of delivery and pick-up if we observe that you have a transactional history of repeated returns.
  2. We also reserve the right to make the products ineligible for return or refund or replacement, if we observe a transactional history of repeated returns.
  3. We may also notify that the facility of pickup for returns from you has been withdrawn, in which case, you will have to bear your own expense and logistics to return the product back to the Merchant.
  4. The liability and risk of such returns shall be on you to establish your claim for return. Refund for returned products or replacement shall only be initiated if they pass through conditions mentioned above. If the product received fails to pass through the verification and checks, the product shall be shipped back to you, for which you shall have to bear the expense.

What is the time taken for refund on successful return?

In case the product return is approved by Dreamak, refund will be initiated within 48 hours from the pickup time. You can connect with our customer care at +91 97 4644 8730 or mail us at help@dreamak.in in case the amount is not credited within the defined time frame.

How do I return the product in case I picked up from the merchant outlet?

In case the product is picked up from the merchant outlet, you must return the product at the merchant outlet on successful return approval, product pickup service will not be available on such cases. You must show the return/replacement approval code while returning the product at the counter.
